Genesis 28:1-5, 10-22
There are times in life when what we once thought would, could, or perhaps even should have been, is very far from what actually is. It's even worse when we realize that it's largely the result of things we've done (or haven't done). In such times, it can feel like we've forfeited God's promises and blocked His purposes and that we're now stuck with God's Plan B (or C or Z) for our lives. And yet, it's precisely in such times that God draws even nearer to us. To hear more, you can listen to our sermon from this past Sunday.
